My yoga is the culmination of 25 years of practice, rooted in a childhood immersed in voice, performance, and theatre, and shaped by a devoted mantra practice of over 16 years. It is further informed by two decades of study in the ancient healing traditions of India and China, woven through my work as a licensed acupuncturist and astrologer. What I offer is a synthesis of movement, sound, ritual, and ancestral medicine designed to reconnect the body, voice, and spirit.

What will we do:

Learn yoga kriyas -breathwork/body movement practices that are meditative (kundalini/himalyan styles) and that go deep into our cells. 

Move our bodies in ways that heal the joints and tissues (qi gong/tai chi- anicent chinese and arabic styles of movement/dance- techniques shared across many ancient cultures and traditions )

Sing. Mantras/chakra toning/ your personal sounds

Bathe in Sound frequencies for healing.

I will bring a planetary gong and share some astrological insights for the sound healing, mapping it to astrological weather for our closing ceremony.
